🔄7-Day Return Policy
We offer a 7-day return policy from the date of delivery. To be eligible for a return:
- The item must be in its original condition — unused, undamaged, and in original packaging
- You must have proof of purchase (order number or receipt)
- The return must be initiated within7days of receiving your order
❌ Non-Returnable Items
The following items cannot be returned:
- Items that have been used or damaged by the customer
- Items returned after 30 days of delivery
- Items without original packaging
- Gift cards
📦 How to Return an Item
- Contact us with your order number and reason for return
- Our team will review your request within 1–2 business days
- If approved, we'll send you return instructions and the return address
- Ship the item back using a trackable shipping method
- Once received and inspected, your refund will be processed
💰 Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected:
- We will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund
- If approved, your refund will be processed within 5–7 business days
- The refund will be credited to your original payment method
- Please note that your bank may take additional time to process the refund
🔄 Exchanges
If you received a defective or damaged item, we will gladly exchange it for the same product at no extra cost. Please contact us with photos of the damage within 30 days of delivery.
🚚 Return Shipping Costs
- Defective/Damaged items: We cover the return shipping cost
- Change of mind returns: Customer is responsible for return shipping costs
