🔄7-Day Return Policy

We offer a 7-day return policy from the date of delivery. To be eligible for a return:

  • The item must be in its original condition — unused, undamaged, and in original packaging
  • You must have proof of purchase (order number or receipt)
  • The return must be initiated within7days of receiving your order

❌ Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned:

  • Items that have been used or damaged by the customer
  • Items returned after 30 days of delivery
  • Items without original packaging
  • Gift cards

📦 How to Return an Item

  1. Contact us with your order number and reason for return
  2. Our team will review your request within 1–2 business days
  3. If approved, we'll send you return instructions and the return address
  4. Ship the item back using a trackable shipping method
  5. Once received and inspected, your refund will be processed

💰 Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected:

  • We will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund
  • If approved, your refund will be processed within 5–7 business days
  • The refund will be credited to your original payment method
  • Please note that your bank may take additional time to process the refund

🔄 Exchanges

If you received a defective or damaged item, we will gladly exchange it for the same product at no extra cost. Please contact us with photos of the damage within 30 days of delivery.


🚚 Return Shipping Costs

  • Defective/Damaged items: We cover the return shipping cost
  • Change of mind returns: Customer is responsible for return shipping costs
